Energy gum is a sugar-free chewing gum that contains caffeine, vitamin, and Niacin. Specifically designed to energise you – fast. A new innovation in energy, each piece delivers the same caffeine as a small coffee which is absorbed as you chew – so it acts faster than coffee and energy drinks, you will be ready for action in only 5 minutes.

Each piece of Energy Gum contains 50mg of caffeine (and B vitamins) which is released from the gum as you chew. The caffeine and vitamins are absorbed through your saliva and gums. This bypasses your digestion system meaning that these active ingredients enter your bloodstream much more quickly than digestible caffeine pills, drinks, or foods.
We recommend not exceeding 4 pieces of Energy Gum per day. Remember, one piece of Energy Gum contains 50mg of caffeine, which is approximately the same amount as one espresso.
Since the caffeine in Energy Gum is absorbed via your gums and saliva, rather than through your digestion system, it usually only takes 5 minutes to feel the effects. Caffeine will stay in your body for several hours.
You should chew Energy Gum for at least 5 minutes to ensure the caffeine and vitamins are released. Dispose of your gum responsibly when you are finished.
Yes, you can take Energy Gum alongside other caffeinated products. Just make sure that you aware of the total amount of caffeine that you have taken in one day and do not exceed recommended limits. The natural taste of caffeine is very bitter and would be quite unpleasant to taste without our delicious peppermint oil! However, the result is a different mint taste to traditional chewing gums which some people might find a bit strange initially. That said, many of our customers end up preferring our Energy Gum flavour, including us!
