As you chew Vitamin Gum, the vitamins within the gum are released in your mouth. When you swallow, these vitamins will enter your digestive system and will be absorbed by your body.
2 pieces of Vitamin Gum contain 100% of your recommended RDA of vitamins D, C, B6 and A. However, the gums are so tasty that we won’t blame you for having more… and don’t worry this is perfectly fine for you!
