This bypasses your digestion system meaning that these active ingredients enter your bloodstream much more quickly than digestible caffeine pills, drinks, or foods.
We recommend not exceeding 4 pieces of Energy Gum per day. Remember, one piece of Energy Gum contains 50mg of caffeine, which is approximately the same amount as one espresso.

The natural taste of caffeine is very bitter and would be quite unpleasant to taste without our delicious peppermint oil! However, the result is a different mint taste to traditional chewing gums which some people might find a bit strange initially. That said, many of our customers end up preferring our Energy Gum flavour, including us!
